Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using RÊVE NATION (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with MIND VISION LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RÊVE NATION is an AI-assisted release engineering platform for independent music artists. The Service analyzes uploaded audio files and generates reports including readiness scores, metadata recommendations, editorial pitches, algorithmic playbooks, and certification badges (“Reports”). Reports are generated by automated AI systems and do not constitute professional music industry advice or guarantee commercial outcomes.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• —You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• —You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• —We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all audio files and creative content you upload. By uploading content, you grant MIND VISION LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process and analyze your files for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your audio for training AI models, sell your content, or share it with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., cloud storage providers).

You represent that you own or have the rights to upload all content, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• —Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• —Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI components
• —Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate music release management
• —Circumvent plan upload limits by creating multiple accounts

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

• —Free plan: 3 track analyses at no cost. No payment required.
• —Pro plan ($19/month): Unlimited analyses, PDF certificate downloads, priority processing.
• —Elite plan ($49/month): All Pro features plus multi-artist management, advanced analytics, weekly digest emails, dedicated support, and early access to new features.
• —Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• —You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• —We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to subscribers.

7. Refund Policy

Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@revenation.cc within 7 days of the charge for review. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

8. AI-Generated Reports

Reports generated by RÊVE NATION are produced by automated AI systems and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional music industry, legal, or financial advice. Certification badges (“Gold,” “Silver,” “Bronze”) reflect algorithmic readiness scores and do not guarantee placement, streams, or revenue. We make no warranties regarding commercial outcomes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIND VISION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@revenation.cc. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
