RÊVE NATION is operated by MIND VISION LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services at revenation.cc. By using RÊVE NATION, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- —Account data: Name, email address, and profile information provided during sign-up.
- —Audio files: Track files you upload for analysis, stored on Cloudflare R2. We do not claim ownership of your audio.
- —Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and browser/device information.
- —Billing data: Stripe processes payment card data on our behalf. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never raw card numbers.
- —Communication data: Emails you send to our support address.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party processors:
- —Clerk (clerk.com): Authentication — stores your account credentials and session tokens under their own privacy policy.
- —Stripe (stripe.com): Billing and payment processing — subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- —Resend (resend.com): Transactional email delivery.
- —Cloudflare R2: Audio file storage within Cloudflare's infrastructure.
- —Anthropic Claude API: AI-generated content for pitches, playbooks, and debriefs. Audio data is not sent to Anthropic — only metadata and scores.
- —Railway (railway.app): Backend infrastructure hosting in the United States.
4. How We Use Your Data
- —Provide and improve the RÊVE NATION service
- —Run audio analysis and generate your release engineering report
- —Send transactional emails (analysis results, billing receipts)
- —Process subscription payments via Stripe
- —Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- —Comply with legal obligations
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and analysis results for as long as your account is active. Audio files are retained in Cloudflare R2 for 90 days after upload, then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- —Request deletion of your account and associated data
- —Export your data in a portable format
- —Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

We use session cookies required for authentication (managed by Clerk) and no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure token-based authentication, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
RÊVE NATION is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us for immediate removal.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
